Well, one charater very important in our life are friends. They're always wanting to help us when we feel down or to enjoy with us when we're happy. Lucky people have friends. "...to have friends we have to be friendly...". But, take care...because we can't tell secrets to a person thinking that he ( or she ) is our friend if, later your secret can be anunciated by your suppose friend.

So, "neither with friendship we make happiness". Another important point to build our happiness.is to be fine with ourselves. We can't be happy if we: ...think that we are ugly; ...don't go to enjoy the night just because that guy I don't like is gonna be on the place I go...etc.. You can't let that bad people laugh about you when you don't get out of your home - and you wanted - doing their happiness. So, get out and ignore them. Another topic...You can think yourself ugly, beautifull, funny, etc..etc..but that's not sorry to keep happiness far from your mind. I can prove this. I'm happy because I know that there are people that think me wonderful, other ones just handsome and the last one, ugly. So, I can be boyfriend of the two ones and friend of the others...Then, every choice can keep you happy.

This is important, too: You have to keep you mind onganized. For example:
Work problems you can think about it and resolve it AT WORK. School problems, idem...so, this mental hygienic can make your mind free and you wouldn't be tired.
